I was a cocaine user for about 20 years & as a result have a huge triangular hole in my septum

Q. I was a cocaine user for about 20 years & as a result have a huge triangular hole in my septum & have a constant scab in what is left of my tiny right & left nostrils.Is there any procedure that could clear out my nasal passages & restore the septum & give me back both my nostrils? Any kind of silicon implant or other kind of implant that could help? I am 47 years old.,

 

A. Thank you very much for your enquiry, it sounds as if it would be possible to repair the whole in your septum and this is often done by moving your existing tissue rather than silicon implant.
